Remarks Continued: Sewage is handled with two 1,100 Gallon Waste Tanks. Old M-28 which provides access to the cabin has seasonal access. But it is a short distance from the Highway, making it possible to Snowmobile, Snowshoe, or Cross-Country Ski in. There is a second driveway located on US-41 that leads into a clearing that could be use as a Campsite, or a location for other structures, pole barn, etc. A small creek, a tributary of the Pelkie Creek, touches the eastern edge of the property.
